About Us

CALLED TO BE SAINTS

In a darkening world, Treasure Valley Baptist School (est. 2007) shines in stark contrast to public school instruction out of a pursuit to lift up Jesus through Christian education. We teach our students from a Christian worldview and do not espouse the philosophies of Humanism, Darwinism, and Post-Modern Secularism that are prevalent in many schools today. We offer a robust academic program, character development, and partnership with parents who desire their children to follow Christ and achieve their God-given potential. Contact us to learn more and become part of TVBS.

GOD'S WORD - THE FINAL AUTHORITY

The Bible is not substituted for any academic subject, but it is integrated into the total educational program. The Bible is taught so that the student will develop sound values and convictions that will govern every step of his or her life.

"As parents, we prayed a lot about how to school our kids. The Lord directed our hearts to put them in Treasure Valley Baptist School. We have been very impressed with the teachers helping drive home the character traits and values we instill in our kids. Academically the kids are doing so well. I don't have to worry about if they are getting a good education. Our kids are getting a great education with the foundation built on Christian principles."

The Holtoms

"Our family has been a part of TVBS for 5 years, and we are so blessed to have a wonderful Christian environment for our kids to learn in. The teachers are very experienced and care about helping bring up successful young adults who love God. The curriculum is top notch and we are confident our kids will have all the tools they need to have a happy, Christ centered life. Thank you TVBS."

The Jacksons

"After 10 years attending TVBS as a student, I have returned to work here as a teachers aid. I am thankful for all this school has been to me personally and for the opportunity to give back."

Madi Bryant

"Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God."

1 Corinthians 10:31

"And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord…for ye serve the Lord Christ."

Colossians 3:23-24

Abeka is a school curriculum tool crafted by teachers for teachers and students.
It provides textbooks and visual aids for kindergarten through 12th grade.

The clear Lesson plans guide the teacher step by step.

The learning is “Spiral”, each lesson, subject, and school year builds on the next

The Abeka curriculum turns school time into a love of learning time through active paced lessons and challenging questions. Abeka lays a strong academic foundation in each grade that also prepares each child for the next level of their educational journey.

Biblical Worldview

Not only is there a Bible curriculum as part of the Abeka program, but the entire program has also been developed from a Christian worldview, planting seeds of faith in students all through the year.

Age Appropriate

Abeka is an age-appropriate curriculum that takes into consideration the differences in motor skills and cognitive abilities. With Abeka, students experience early success at realistic learning milestones.
